INGREDIENT : DRIED CHILLI ,PALM OIL , SHALLOT , GARLIC , DRIED SHRIMP , GINGER , SUGAR , SALT , CANDLE NUT , MSG , BELACAN , CHILLI POWDER , FIVE SPICES POWDER , LEMONGRASS , GALANGAL , TURMERIC , CHICKEN FLAVOURED SEASONING POWDER , LAKSA LEAF , SZECHUAN PEPPER POWDER , BENZIOC ACID

材料
松兴叻沙酱200克
虾米碎50克
1000毫升
淡奶100克
椰浆300毫升
INGREDIENT
SIONG HENG LAKSA PASTE200G
DRIED SHRIMP50G
WATER1000ML
EVAPORATED MILK100G
COCONUT MILK300ML

煮法

  1. 先热锅,加入松兴叻沙酱爆香
  2. 加入虾米碎50克翻炒均匀
  3. 慢加入1000毫升水,水可分成3次倒入煮滚
  4. 加入淡奶100克小火煮滚
  5. 最后加入椰浆300毫升小滚即可食用

COOKING METHOD

  1. heat the wok first, add Siong Heng Laksa paste and saute until fragrant
  2. add 50g of minced dried shrimps and stir-fry evenly
  3. add 1000ml of water slowly, the water can be divided into 3 times and pour into the boil
  4. add 100g of evaporated milk
  5. add 300ml coconut milk boil it and serve
