INGREDIENT : SUGAR , PALM OIL , ASAM PASTE , RED CHILLI , TOMATO FLAVOUR SAUCE , ONION , PRESERVED SOYA BEAN , PEANUT , WHEAT FLOUR , GARLIC , PLUM SAUCE , MSG , DRIED SHRIMP , CANDLENUT , GINGER , LIME FLAVOR , SALT , BELACAN , LEMONGRASS , GALANGAL , FIVE SPICES POWDER , BENZOIC ACID

材料
松兴米暹酱200克
虾米碎50克
600毫升
INGREDIENT
SIONG HENG MEE SIAM PASTE200G
DRIED SHRIMP50G
WATER600ML

煮法

  1. 先热锅,加入松兴米暹酱爆香
  2. 加入虾米碎50克翻炒均匀
  3. 慢加入600毫升水,水可分成3次倒入煮滚
  4. 最后加入配料(面/米粉)煮熟即可食用

COOKING METHOD

  1. heat the pan first, add Siong Heng Mee Siam Paste and sauce until fragrant
  2. add 50g of minced dried shrimps and stir-fry evenly
  3. add 600ml of water slowly, the water can be divided into 3 times and pour into the boil
  4. add the ingredients (noodles/rice noodles) and cook and serve
