SESAME OIL SAUCE 麻油酱

材料
松兴麻油酱200克
蒜片50克
麻油50克
鸡肉500克
姜丝50克
香菜10克
200毫升

SIONG HENG SESAME OIL SAUCE200G
GARLIC SLICES50G
SESAME OIL50G
CHICKEN500G
GINGER50G
CORIANDER10G
WATER200ML

煮法

  1. 先热锅,加入麻油,蒜片,姜丝翻炒爆香
  2. 加入鸡肉,翻炒至半熟
  3. 加入松兴麻油酱200克
  4. 再加入200毫升的水,煮滚至全熟
  5. 最后加入香菜,香喷喷的麻油鸡就完成了

COOKING METHOD

  1. heat the pan first, add sesame oil, garlic slices, and ginger, stir fry until fragrant
  2. add chicken, stir fry until half cooked
  3. add in 200g of Siong Heng Sesame Oil Sauce
  4. add in 200ml of water and boil until fully cooked
  5. garnish with coriander, the fragrant sesame oil chicken is complete.
