INGREDIENT : SUGAR , PALM OIL , WHEAT FLOUR , ONION , GARLIC , PRESERVED SOYA BEAN , DRIED CHILLI , PEANUT , MSG , GINGER , BELACAN , DRIED SHRIMP , LEMONGRASS , GALANGAL , SALT , FIVE SPICES POWDER , CHICKEN FLAVOURED SEASONING POWDER , BENZOIC ACID

材料

松兴马来卤面酱 200克
玉米粉 + 水 50克 + 水100克
500毫升

INGREDIENT

SIONG HENG MEE REBUS PASTE 200G
CORN FLOUR 50G + WATER 100G
WATER 500ML

煮法

  1. 加入松兴马来卤面酱翻炒出味
  2. 加入500毫升的水,搅拌均匀煮滚
  3. 加入水100克,玉米粉50克搅拌均匀煮滚
  4. 最后加入配料(面/米粉)煮熟即可食用

COOKING METHOD

  1. add Siong Heng Mee Rebus Paste and stir fry to taste
  2. add 500ml of water, stir and bring to a boil
  3. add 100g of water and 50g of corn flour, stir and bring to a boil
  4. add the ingredients (noodles/rice noodles) and cook and serve
