CHILLI CRAB COOKING SAUCE 辣椒螃蟹酱

INGREDIENTS : MAGGI CHILLI SAUCE , DRIED CHILLI , PALM OIL , SHALLOT , GARLIC , PRESERVED SOYA BEAN , MODIFIED FOOD STARCH , GINGER , CANDLENUT , MSG , SUGAR , SALT

材料
螃蟹1 公斤
1000毫升
美极辣椒250克
鸡蛋2 粒
松兴辣椒螃蟹酱200克
玉米粉 + 水10克 + 20克
INGREDIENT
CRAB1 KG
WATER1000ML
MAGGI CHILLI250G
EGG2
SIONG HENG CHILLI CRAB COOKING SAUCE200G
CORN FLOUR + WATER10G + 20G

煮法

  1. 加入水1000毫升 ,放入松兴辣椒螃蟹酱一起煮
  2. 加入螃蟹, 炒好盖上用中火煮15分钟
  3. 加入美极辣椒,接着玉米粉再加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀,以个人口味再加调味料
  4. 最后上碟撒上芫茜点缀

COOKING METHOD

  1. add 1000ml of water , add Siong Heng Chilli Crab Cooking Sauce and fry
  2. add crab , fry until cooked , cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat
  3. add maggi chilli sauce, corn flour and eggs. Stir well , add seasonings
  4. sprinkle with coriander leaves
