煮法
- 加入水1000毫升 ,放入松兴辣椒螃蟹酱一起煮
- 加入螃蟹, 炒好盖上用中火煮15分钟
- 加入美极辣椒,接着玉米粉再加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀,以个人口味再加调味料
- 最后上碟撒上芫茜点缀
COOKING METHOD
- add 1000ml of water , add Siong Heng Chilli Crab Cooking Sauce and fry
- add crab , fry until cooked , cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat
- add maggi chilli sauce, corn flour and eggs. Stir well , add seasonings
- sprinkle with coriander leaves
